Wellness Coaching guides you as you make difficult diet and lifestyle changes that may prevent or reverse chronic disease. Together, as client and coach, we will identify your strengths and use those to move you away from negative health patterns and toward an abundant life. The Wellness Coaching program will implement strategies that include mindfulness practice, food plan alterations, and stress reduction to get you to optimal health management.
We will work as a team to create goals that are manageable and adjust them throughout your transition as needed.
